Helicikultura is a family business with a tradition dating back to 1967, the first snail farm in Croatia. Its Hram okusa (‘Temple of flavour’) brand offers numerous delicacies made of snails raised in a natural way in Croatia.
In addition to these unique delicacies, it also makes Carski presnac cake, a special treat of seasonal nuts prepared according to a 150-year-old recipe, which was served to the nobility that visited the Opatija Riviera in the past.
